Academy Rules

Registration is valid for the entire academic year.
If you decide to stop classes during the academic year , you must send an official letter to the Academy's email address confirming your decision at least 1 month before stopping classes.

The subscription is paid for a month in advance, until the 5th day of the current month. In case of failure to pay on time, the parent receives an automatic payment reminder. In the event that the Academy is forced to send a second payment reminder, a penalty of 20 euros will be added to your current subscription. Until the current debt is repaid, the student is not allowed to attend classes. In a situation where the lessons received remain unpaid, the Academy has the right to seek legal assistance in court, and will also share information about you as an “unreliable client” with friendly artistic organizations.

To maintain order and cleanliness in our Academy, students are required to come to class on time, with clean hands and a clean, second pair of shoes.

In the event of late arrival, missed lesson time will not be reimbursed.
Money refunds and extra lesson time for the already paid lessons are not foreseen, since the Academy provides access to classes as part of a monthly subscription, which cannot be divided into lesson sessions.

During the school year and during concert performances photo/video filming and audio recording of students is carried out at our Academy. Which can later be used for advertising purposes of the Academy namely: posted on the Academy’s website, as well as on various social networks, such as Facebook Instagram YouTube etc.

To refuse photos videos and audio recordings for you or your child, we ask you to send an official letter to the email address of our Academy by September 30 of the current academic year.

Students of the Academy have the right to participate in concerts organized by the Academy both during the school year and at its conclusion. Registration and payment for participation in the concerts must be completed at least 1 month before the scheduled concert date. Ticket reservations for spectators are mandatory and must also be made at least 1 month before the scheduled date, as the number of seats in the auditorium may be limited depending on the chosen venue. Students with outstanding payments or those who have not registered for participation in the concert by the deadline will not be allowed to participate. In the event of a cancellation by the student or spectator, no refund will be issued.

Our Academy treats its teachers with respect and trust, and based on this, in any controversial situation between a student and a teacher, our Academy takes the latter’s side, earning him the right to refuse classes to a given student, without giving a reason, at any time during the academic year . In this situation, your subscription will expire on the 1st of the next month. Money for the current month is not refunded.
